Delivery

At present we are dispatching orders to UK, USA, Europe and also select parts of the Rest of the World.  If your country does not appear on the list then please e-mail us on support@dukkaan.net and InshaAllah we will aim to include it.

Shipping charges are dependent on the weight of the order.  For UK orders it starts from £0.33, for Europe it starts from £1.10 and from USA and the Rest of the World it start from £1.46.

Orders are dispatched either the same day or the following working day. 

Orders dispatched to UK can take between 1-3 working days dependent on the service selected. 

Orders dispatched to Europe, USA and the Rest of the World can take between 5-10 working days.

Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchases, we will refund your money or exchange any item without question.  We only ask that you return the item to us unused and in its original condition within 14 days of receiving the order.

When mailing your return please obtain proof of postage certificate for your personal records (available free of charge from any Post Office – applicable to UK residents only).  Please note we are unable to refund returns postage costs.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Payment Methods

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB and all other major credit cards except American Express.  We also accept Switch, Solo and Electron. 

You can also pay by cheque, just make sure you select the correct payment method at the checkout (only applicable to UK residents).

For orders outside UK we can only accept card payments.
