Do you have a catalogue?
At present we do not have a catalogue, InshaAllah a catalogue is in the pipeline.  We’ll let all our customers know when it is complete and ready for distribution.

Can I order by phone?
Unfortunately we are not taking telephone orders at present.  InshaAllah
we will be doing this in the future and we will announce it on the website.

Do you have a shop?
We don’t currently have a shop, if we do open one in the future we will announce it on the website.

Do you accept international orders?
At present we are dispatching orders to UK, USA, Europe and also select parts of the Rest of the World.  If your country is not on the list then please contact us at support@dukkaan.net to see whether it can be included in our list.

For orders outside UK we can only accept card payments.

Please be aware that the prices on the website are in British Pounds.  Please go to www.xe.com to check up-to-date currency rates.

What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges are dependent on the weight of the order.  For UK orders it starts from £0.33, for Europe it starts from £1.10 and from USA and the Rest of the World it start from £1.46.

We offer FREE postage to all UK orders over £80.  Postage for orders below £80 is dependent on weight.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched either the same day or the following working day.  Orders dispatched to UK can take between 1-5 working days dependent on the service selected.  Orders dispatched to Europe, USA and the Rest of the World can take between 5-10 working days.

Can I pay by cheque?
Yes we accept cheque payments from customers based in the UK. 

If we do not receive a cheque payment within 3 weeks your order will be cancelled.

Can I return something for an exchange?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchases, we will refund your money or exchange any item without question.  We only ask that you return the item to us unused and in its original condition within 14 days of receiving the order.

Please include a note with your order number or the E-mail address you used to register with us.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size then we would recommend that you order it via the website to avoid disappointment.  The reason for this is that we would normally have to wait for your item to be returned to us before we can exchange it, this can sometimes be a lengthy process.  However if you order a replacement online we can dispatch the order within 1 working day.  It would mean that you receive your item quicker, as we would not have to wait for your item to be returned to us before issuing you with your new item.

When mailing your return please obtain proof of postage certificate for your personal records (available free of charge from any Post Office – applicable to UK residents only).  Please note we are unable to refund returns postage costs.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Can I return something for a refund?
Once we receive your return we aim to immediately refund the items to you.  If you have not received a refund within 2 weeks for UK residents and 4 weeks for international orders, then please get in touch with us and we will InshaAllah resolve the issue as soon as possible.

We would advice all customers to go to WWW.XE.COM to check up-to-date conversion rates.

When is stock updated?
Stock is normally updated every 2-4 weeks.  If there is something in particular you are looking for and it is not available on the site then please let us know.

Are you taking wholesale orders?

At present we are unable to offer wholesale quantities but InshaAllah we will be able to in the future.
